Hiking and Biking
Smedley is a great place to bike and hike. There are miles of trails to explore for riders and hikers of all levels to explore and conquer.

Smedley park spans lush woodlands with a variety of local flora and fauna at every turn.

Throughout the park there are fields with soccer nets, baseball/softball diamonds and more.
Picnics and Playgrounds
The park hosts two playgrounds and picnic areas and has lots of room to spread out.

Smedley Park was named after Samuel L. Smedley, the founder of Delaware County's Parks & Recreation Board. Conveniently located between Media and Springfield, Smedley Park is accessible by trolley and attracts many outdoor enthusiast, scout groups, and local sports teams.
